Transform Physiotherapy and Wellness (Virtual) Offered online (via video)
This appointment is done virtually on a video call through our secure online platform. After we have made initial contact with you via phone, text or email and have your appointment day and time booked, you will get an email with a link for our virtual call. You will also be emailed your consent and intake forms which will need to be completed prior to the initial assessment. For the virtual call, you will need an electronic device and internet connection and the rest is very similar to an in-person session without the manual therapy.
